Our Chef, the award-winning Kuldeep Singh, will teach you the secrets of how to cook the perfect Chicken Tikka Masala as well as two delicious side dishes to accompany your meal.
No previous experience necessary.
- All ingredients, spices, utensils and aprons will be provided.
- This will be a 2-2.5 hour class.

The class includes:
Prepare: Chicken Tikka – Our Chef will demonstrate how to marinate and cook the chicken in a method of cooking meat of Punjabi origin. He will instruct you on the preparation of the spices and the specific steps involved in preparing meat in this unique way.
Make: Masala Sauce – Making the perfect sauce for a Tikka Masala is just as important as preparing the meat. Our Chef will guide you through the all the stages of dealing with spices from buying to preparing your spices to cooking the sauce.
Cook: Mushroom Makai Palak (mushroom, sweetcorn and spinach) – Our Chef’s special recipe for a dish combines the sweetness of corn with spinach and mushrooms to create a harmonious balance of flavours to complement your main meal.
Cook: Fragrant Pilaf Rice – The pilaf method of cooking rice uses broths or stocks to flavour it. Our Chef will show you his method of producing a beautiful rice dish to accompany your Indian meal.
