Kuldeep Singh - 'Indian Restaurant of the Year' Winner
Kuldeep is an experienced Indian Cookery expert that has given countless lessons up and down the country.
Kuldeep studied at the IHM Mumbai before moving to the UK and working in the kitchens of the iconic ‘Red Fort’ in central London. He then opened his own restaurants starting with ‘Mela’ in Shaftesbury Avenue which won the Evening Standard 'Indian Restaurant of the Year' award.
Several award winning restaurants followed including ‘Chowki’ in Piccadilly Circus and ‘Three Monkeys’ in Herne Hill. Kuldeep also founded a successful outdoor catering business which has supplied Indian food for many events and venues including The Oval cricket ground, Twickenham and Manchester United FC.
After successfully running several restaurants in London and the South East he has now become one of the most senior and respected Indian Chefs in the UK.
Kuldeep enjoys spending his time passing on his skills, recipes and expertise to those that want to expand their knowledge, be they beginners or those with some experience of Indian cooking.
His goal is to give you the skills to cook authentic Indian food for your friends and family, whilst having the most fun possible!
