Our Chef, the award-winning Kuldeep Singh, will teach you the secrets of how to master some Indian cuisine classics. They may seem deceptively simple however under the guidance of our Chef, you'll have them perfected in no time.
No previous experience necessary.
- All ingredients, spices, utensils and aprons will be provided.
- This will be a 3-3.5 hour class.
- £150 per person.

The class includes:
Cook: Onion Bhajis – The classic Indian starter or entree. Served as a snack in India but if you have ever tried to make them they’re very difficult to get exactly right. Our Chef will show you how to do it.
Cook: Chapati – Our chef will teach you how to make chapatis also known as roti or rotli to accompany your meal. This unleavened flat bread is a staple across the sub-continent.
Cook: Kali Mirch (peppered chicken) – Originating from the region of Chettinad in the state of Tamil Nadu, this South Indian dish will have your family and friends wanting more. Our Chef will show you how to prepare the meat and spices.
Cook: Yellow Tadka Dal – A mouth-watering dish that can be eaten as a dish in its own right with chapatis or other breads, or as a side-dish to the Kali Mirch.
Cook: Saag Aloo – Everybody’s favourite side-dish of spinach and potatoes. Our Chef’s own recipe will be the best you’ve ever made.
